This delightful cottage is situated within the old walled garden and enjoys a peaceful location adjacent to Coachman’s Cottage’s.
A private deck area enables a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meals, barbeque equipment is available.
An impressive living area with a cathedral ceiling and views to the gallery above. Sumptuous seating on beautiful settees providing a comfortable sitting area to relax or to view the flat screen TV with the benefit of cinema surround sound and a DVD player.
The quality rustic pine furniture is complemented by comfortable leather covered dining chairs around a substantial pine dining table. French windows lead to the enclosed courtyard. Heating is by Calidou Cast Iron Radiators in all communal areas covered with Karndean tile flooring with high levels of insulation and double glazing throughout.
The kitchen is furnished with bespoke hand made pine kitchen units. Equipped to a very high standard with Ceramic Hob, Fan Assisted Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Freezer, Washer Dryer, Stainless Steel Microwave, Delonghi Toaster and Kettle.
A comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils are provided. Further storage for vacuum cleaner, floor cleaning pads, cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, iron and ironing board.
The ground floor master bedroom is superbly appointed with a king size carved bed and has french window leading to the enclosed courtyard. Equipped with a flat screened TV and along with the en-suite is served by a stereo CD and Radio Tuner.
The beautifully appointed fully tiled en-suite has a whirlpool bath and an overhead shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
The gallery is an ideal space for the children with two pine single beds. The gallery has the use of a ground floor cloak room, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets, heating by a stylish Calidou cast iron radiators and beds with memory foam mattresses.
Keepers 1 enjoys the added advantage of a secluded paved courtyard with café style tables and chairs shared with Coachman's 2. Booked together Keepers 1 and Coachman’s 2 provides accommodation for ten guests with access via the courtyard through the french windows, barbeque equipment is available.
